About Saylor Collective
We left the corporate world not in spite of our experience, but because of it. We knew what agencies needed, and we knew we could build it better from the outside.

We met the way a lot of great partnerships do: in the middle of the work, inside a fast-moving agency where the systems were not keeping up with the ambition. We were the people everyone turned to when things got complicated. When processes broke down. When leadership needed someone to just figure it out.
We were also both working moms, navigating the particular kind of juggle that comes with building a career while raising a family. We understood firsthand what it means to operate without margin, to make decisions under pressure, and to carry more than was ever officially on our plate.
Over years of agency life, we accumulated something more valuable than titles: a clear picture of where the real problems live, and what it actually takes to fix them. Not theory. Lived, practiced, tested experience.
When we decided to go out on our own, it was not a leap into the unknown. It was the next logical step. We had been solving these problems for other people for years. Now we could do it on our own terms, with the depth and intentionality the work deserved.
Saylor Collective is the practice we built around that knowledge. Named for both of us, Sandy and Taylor, it reflects exactly what we are: partners, in every sense. Equal principals. Complementary strengths. Shared values about what good work looks like.
We are not consultants who show up with a framework and leave. We are operators who get into the work, build systems that actually run, and hand over something that lasts. That is the difference. That is why we started this.
The People Behind the Work
Sandy spent 15+ years inside creative agencies building the operational systems that kept fast-moving teams from breaking. She has a rare ability to see the gap between how an agency thinks it works and how it actually does, and to build infrastructure that closes it.
Taylor brings a strategic lens to every engagement, combining operational expertise with a deep understanding of how agencies grow, where they stall, and what it takes to build infrastructure that actually scales.
Who We Serve
We work with creative and advertising agencies that are growing, or preparing to grow, and feeling the operational strain of running without formal systems.
Small to mid-size agencies where operations have become the bottleneck, but leadership does not have the bandwidth to fix it internally.
Growing agencies that recognize the informal systems that got them here will not get them where they are going.
Leadership teams who are ready to shift from working in the business to working on it, and want a real partner to make that possible.
Founders pulled into every decision because there is no system to handle it without them, and who are ready to change that.
